You'll work closely with senior leaders, managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and acting as a key liaison across multiple teams and time zones.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong integrity, discretion, and professionalism, capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining flexibility and grace under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team across various locations.
- Proactively coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and events, ensuring alignment with multiple time zones and global holidays.
- Act as a liaison for the team across multiple sites, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Plan and execute team activities such as staff meetings, all-hands events, and customer engagements.
- Oversee group logistics, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless scheduling and task execution.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing senior-level leadership support.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and schedules.
- Expertise in coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
